response from property -Hello Anis Barati, I am sorry to hear that you are being bothered by the smell of smoke in your apartment. Eastview Apartments does not have a No Smoking Policy for inside the apartments. Residents are allowed to smoke inside of their apartments, but cannot smoke in any of the common areas; which are the elevator, hallways, foyer, stair well, laundry room, etc. I hope that this problem is temporary and that with time you find the issue will improve for you.
